Project selection and customization information for your project is required at the time of sign up on our registration form. Please be sure to double check your spelling and personalization information to ensure your project stencil and materials will be ready for you at the start of the workshop.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our studio, class fees are non-refundable. Registration cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a workshop will be granted a credit for a future workshop, which must be used within 6 months of issue date.
Due to staffing, we reserve the right to cancel workshops if attendance is below 4 attendees. If we have to cancel your workshop, we will contact you to reschedule for another class.
General Project Change Request
If you would like to make changes to your project within 72 hours of your workshop, we would be happy to accommodate your request for a $10 stencil recut fee, payable upon the start of your workshop. Changes made prior to 72 hours are done free of charge. Please e-mail change requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Due to the tools and some of the products that will be used, infants and children under the age of 8 are not permitted in our studio while an adult only workshop is being held. If a participant brings an infant or child, they will be asked to rebook for a different workshop when they can attend ‘child’ free and enjoy the experience fully.
For children under the age of 16, we do offer the ability to book private children or teens parties! Contact us for more information.
Private Party/Birthday Party Cancellation Policy
A deposit is due when booking your party to hold your reservation. If you choose to cancel your private party within one week of the party date, the deposit will NOT be refunded due to the nature of our studio and the demand for private party times on our calendar.
For private parties, we require all attendees to register and provide complete customization information for their project at least 72 hours in advance so we can prepare the materials for your party. Payment for the party is due on or before the scheduled party date.
We love sharing photos of the our classes through social media and our web page. If you would prefer not to share your photo, please opt out of the picture taking at the end of the class.
Can I bring my own wine and snacks?
Little Crafting Studio is a BYOB establishment. Please feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. There will be short breaks during class to enjoy your refreshments. Only guests 21 years of age and up can consume alcohol on our premises. Guests who appear intoxicated will be asked to leave. Please provide your own cups, plates, utensils, and napkins.
Can I choose my seat or be seated next to a specific person?
If you are coming with a friend, at the time of registration you can indicate who you would like to sit next to on the registration form. Due to space restrictions these requests may not always be honored.
How long does a typical class last?
Each class at Little Crafting Studio is different. Class times will be indicated on the calendar. Due to student experience levels and differentiation in class sizes, times may be a little longer or shorter than indicated.
